Duties:Job Purpose Summary

***This is a Non-Sales role.

In our rapidly growing Account Management and Retention Specialist (Strategic Services Consultant) team, this position is responsible for the implementation, training and support of Automobile Dealerships using the DealerSocket Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.

This position offers Career Growth and Advancement into Management or other departments within DealerSocket!

Essential Job Duties

• Responsible for leading/assisting with implementation projects for new customers using the DealerSocket CRM tool.

• On-going support and retention of existing Customers.

• Holding monthly strategic calls with Customers to enable their use of DealerSocket.

• Work pro-actively with Clients, identify issues and offer solutions.

• Have the ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

• Be able to travel up to 75%+, or as needed.

• Responsible for building relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications:Education: B.A. or B.S. preferred


Must have some prior work experience preferrably interacting with customers. Technical background is helpful.

Required Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of DealerSocket (training provided).

• Requires knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite of products.

• Provide excellent support and communication to an extensive customer base within the automotive industry.

• Strong organizational ability in order to manage a large number of geographically dispersed customers is a Must.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

• Must have the ability to work in a fast paced field environment.

• Ability to identify business issues/requirements and to solve problems with many variables and unique situations.

• Ability to work independently and creatively.

• Must be able to maintain integrity, minimize confusion and keep control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Must be able to deal effectively with people while under pressure.

• Must possess good judgment, initiative, strong work ethic and dependability.

• Strong attention to details.

• Drive and hold a valid and current driver’s license


Relocation may be required at the end of a 12 week training program.

Typically requires sitting, speaking, and computer use for significant & extended periods of time.

Travel may be required 75 -100% of the time.
