EXECUTIVE SALES MANAGER (Virginia/West Virginia):

We are looking for a truly driven sales “hunter” to drive territory revenue and manage new and existing sales opportunities for both customers and prospects as a field Executive Sales Manager.

Duties:• Establish relationships with Automotive Dealerships within territory to bettter help them see the value of using DealerSocket Technology and Consulting Services.
• Drive territory revenue growth.
• Utilize a customer focused, solutions based selling process to identify needs and goals of potential customers.
• Find, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
• Utilize DealerSocket internally to track all activities.
• Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, colaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
• Continually gain in-depth knowledge of DealerSocket products and services.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

• Minimum of 3+ years of outside sales experience
• Preferred; experience selling products/services in the automotive industry
• Track record selling complex products to multiple decision makers
• Ability to explain technical concepts in easy to understand terms

Required Skills:
• Strong sales techniques, excellent closing and negotiating skills
• Proven organizational skills
• PC, Windows, and Microsoft Office literacy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivator, "hunter" mentality, disciplined, aggressive and experience in planning and managing a large customer base in a large territory.
